I recieved an outpatient procedure today at the CCMC. Courteous staff contacted me and explained any pre procedure instructions. When I arrived the waiting period was minimal, and I was greeted by friendly staff. The LRNA was extremely knowledgeable and personable. (As were the surgical staff). I felt comfortable, safe and in competent hands.

Got a really bad cyst on my head, was in a lot of pain and needed to be seen. Waited 45 minutes at ER and was told that I probably got MSRA. No sympathy at all Pain meds injected was useless, they did not care and just rushed me out. Go to Via Christi in Manhattan, KS instead of this joke of a hospital.
