I just wanted to thank you and your staff for all the assistance and sharing of your vast knowledge of all things hardware and home improvement. You have guided me through 2 plumbing projects, 2 bathroom renovations that included my fist time laying tile and installing a walk in shower. I would bring in printed pi tyres of my dilemma and you quickly found the solution. I am departing Clay Center and Kansas for the east coast. Crappy costumer service. Website advertised a refrigerator for $250. We called and asked for it to be held. When we got there the price was $649.00. Employee went to look it up, found it and owner said it was a typo. They proceeded to help a relative find a light bulb and ignored us completely. I'll never do business there again. They lost more than they saved today. I was also interested in a washer and dryer I saw there. But not anymore.
